The relationship between transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment in Jordanian nurses

Background: Leaders influence and inspire others, develop strategies, organize the work coordinate resources. Leadership style may affect nurses' performance directly it have positive or negative effects on nursing performance. We investigated relationship between transformational leadership (TL), job satisfaction, organizational commitment (OC) in Jordanian nurses.
 Methods: The study utilized a correlational, cross-sectional design. A sample of 253 registered nurses was recruited using convenience sampling method from two government hospitals Jordan. Global Transformational (GTL) scale, satisfaction survey, Organizational Commitment Scale (OCS) were used to collect data.
 Results: total participants completed study. results showed that there significant association TL (r = 0.297, P 0.000). There OC 0.200, 0.001).
 Conclusion: Considering outcomes current study, can be concluded is one important styles has potential support improved nurses’ hospitals.
